Hi, I’m Laura Meis — a trauma-informed Christian spiritual director and coach.
I help people cultivate clarity, emotional steadiness, and spiritual wholeness through nervous system–aware practices and the timeless wisdom of Scripture.
As someone who has walked through deep trauma and transformation, I offer a compassionate, faith-rooted space for those carrying the effects of past wounds, chronic stress, or emotional overwhelm. Whether you’re navigating grief, relational patterns, or spiritual questions, I’m here to walk alongside you toward greater peace, purpose, and inner restoration.
