As a trauma informed mental health coach, my approach is client centered and collaborative as we work together to set and achieve meaningful goals, put in place practical strategies for managing stress, enhancing resilience, and fostering positive mental habits. My compassionate guidance provides a supportive space for clients to navigate challenges, prioritize self-care, and unlock their full potential on their journey toward improved mental health and overall well-being.

This program is also for those dealing with CPTSD, chronic anxiety, and other forms of body dysregulation, learn to identify coping strategies and patterns that were set by abusive, toxic or dysfunctional family systems.

Mental Health Advocacy

Wondering how to best support loved ones, friends, co-workers, and your community, on their mental health journey? This is a safe space to bring your questions, create sustainable boundaries, and feel supported as you care for and love those around you. This program also offers compassionate grief processing for those who have experienced suicide loss, accidental overdose, and all forms of mental health completion. These sessions are tailored to your specific needs and will help you discover gentle strategies for coping in the short term while also creating bridges of hope for the long term.
